Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CONG TY TNHH MOT THANH VIEN GAMUDA PET (“we”, “us”) for your use of GAMUDA Seller Hub (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service is software that helps sellers in the Amazon US store manage listings, prices, inventory, shipments, orders and financial reports.

2. Your account and authorization

You must be authorized to connect the selling account you use with the Service, and you must keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for the actions you take in the Service, including changes to listings, prices and shipments, and for following Amazon’s policies.

3. Plans and billing

Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, try to access another seller’s data, interfere with its security, or use it in breach of the law or Amazon’s policies.

5. Your data

Your data remains yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

6. Relationship with Amazon

The Service is independent software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Features depend on Amazon’s APIs and policies, which can change.

7. Service availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reports and alerts are tools to support your decisions, and you should check important figures in Seller Central.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
